Store your products at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. A dark, cool place is ideal to preserve the potency of our formulas.
There is NO perfume in our products, therefore our products have a neutral, soft scent.

shipping and returns
It depends on where you are. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours, so often you will receive it the next day here. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We ship all our orders from The Netherlands.
If ordering from an European country, you will not have to pay import taxes since Eve And Gentle is located in Europe. For all other countries, import taxes may apply.
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days. Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. The product must also be in the original packaging. If you have, opened the product, it is not possible to return it.
